Kyneton Brigade - Meeting Room Hire Request

Please fill in the form below to book the facilities at the Kyneton Fire Station. The Secretary will be in contact with you once completed. If you would like a tour of the facilities this can be arranged with the Secretary once this form has been received.
 
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN OPERATIONAL FIRE STATION AND THAT USE OF THE MEETING ROOM MAY BE LIMITED OR CANCELLED AT SHORT NOTICE IF AN EMERGENCY OCCURS. Any further questions relating to this booking should be directed to info@kynetoncfa.com
 
The following donation is suggested to cover costs of preparation and cleaning of room and equipment. Police, Red Cross, CWA & SES: Please contact us for a quote.
 

Costs for use of Meeting Room:

Local Volunteer community groups: > 4hrs: $30 +$30 fee for AV equipment

Local Volunteer community groups: 4+ hrs: $50 +$30 fee for AV equipment

Private Group / Corporate / Government: > 4hrs: $60 +$30 fee for AV equipment

Private Group / Corporate / Government: 4+ hrs: $100 +$30 fee for AV equipment
